After going through various security articles the last several weeks/months it has come to the attention of the Troop’s webmaster that we were “tying our boat to a sinking ship”, so to speak, with the old code used for our website.
So we’ve spent the last month researching the best direction to go to bring the same great content (and the ability to add more as the need arises) without losing much functionality.
Low-and-behold Joomla.
So please bare with us while we move the existing content to the new CMS script (hopefully it won’t take too terribly long). For those of you who have received your login information for returning your Internet Authorization Forms, those no longer apply (but thank you for returning them as requested).
Once the new site is finished you will all receive new passwords (the same users name will be in affect). But for the time being, please feel free to browse the content made available to the rest of the viewing public.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but are confident you will like the finished product.
